There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Kapsner: 2002-05-03 House Journal Page 3354 Page 2, line 20: Insert "(3) Akiachak school improvement Yupiit 19,099,094" Renumber accordingly. Representative Kapsner moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Mulder objected. Representative Kookesh moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Kookesh was required to vote. Representative Kookesh placed a call of the House and lifted the call. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Page 2, line 30: Delete all material. Insert "(10) Administration - Veterans Housing 4,000,000" Page 4, lines 28 and 30: Delete "152,914,583" Insert "148,584,583" Representative Hayes moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Mulder objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?"
